    Gurugram: Right-Wing groups who earlier disrupted ‘namaz in open’ demanded release of Kalicharan Maharaj

    Gurugram: A group of Hindu right wing members took out a protest rally demanding release of controversial godman Kalicharan Maharaj who was arrested by Chhattisgarh police yesterday on various charges including sedition over his derogatory speech against Mahatma Gandhi.

    The group is believed to be the same who consequently disrupted Namaz in the public places few weeks ago in Gurugram which became nationwide debate, the members were rallying with slogans like “Nathuram Godse amar rahe” (Long live Nathuram Godse) and “Desh ke ghaddaron ko, Goli maro salon ko” (shoot the traitors).

    The group marched towards DC office to submit a memorandum demanding release of religious leader Kalicharan. The group has also announced a reward of Rs 22 lakh to any police officer who arrests MP Asaduddin Owaisi for his alleged speeches.
